CPA Services is an organisation “To promote accountability and sustainability amongst organisations in the non-profit & CSR sector”. It is promoted by Financial Management Service Foundation and is a part of FMSF family.

CPA Services assists civil society organisations to achieve development effectiveness by promoting transparency and accountability. CPA Services Private Ltd. achieves this through an integrated process of accompaniment, systems development in financial management and governance, training and capacity building, research and publication, reviews and evaluations.

CPA Services firmly believes on the values of accountability, transparency and good governance. CPA Services Private Ltd. is also involved in research and publication of materials that promotes accountability and involved in information dissemination on financial management, governance and legal regulations.

The Board leads the Company. It has the ultimate authority for directing the affairs of the company and to ensure that the objective for which it has come is being achieved.

Ms. Rosemary Viswanath
She is an Organizational Development expert having rich experience in the Voluntary Sector. She is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore with dual specialization in Personnel Management & Organization Behavior and Habitat and Human Settlements. She heads an organization, “EQUATIONS” – a campaigning, advocacy and research organization working on the impacts of tourism. She has been involved in many study and evaluation processes that has contributed in strengthening organizational processes of NGOs and has wider knowledge of the grassroot realities of the development organizations.
   
   

Ms. Monica Sudhir
Monica Sudhir has over 20 years of experience enabling teams to excel, with an intense passion for facilitating excellence and empowering people to maximize their performance. Her underlying objective in training is to build people of integrity with an attitude of excellence in every area of personal and Organizational performance.Currently, she is associated as Senior Consultant with Chilworth Safety and Risk Management P. Ltd. Where she has designed, developed and implemented ‘Behavioural Safety Interventions’ on a long-term basis in chemical Manufacturing Plants. She has trained Heads of Departments on various critical behavioural indicators contributing to Safety performance. The attitudinal and behavioural Programmes conducted have made an impressive impact on employees in the Organization with more than 80% improvement in Safety behaviour. Programmes on Behavioural Safety have also been conducted in Godrej & Boyce Ltd. at their Vikhroli Plant, Mumbai and in the Refineries of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
