Letter from existing bank needs to be uploaded for filing FC-6C
The FCRA (amended) Act,2020 has brought the requirement of opening FC designated bank account in specified branch of SBI and operating old FC designated bank account (or any other account) as Another FCRA Account. While intimating the said accounts in Form FC-6C, the organization needs to upload the letters from SBI, NDMB and existing bank for effecting such intimations.
