Due Date to file form 10B is 30th September
Charitable trust/institution availing exemption under section 11 and 12 is required to file a Tax audit report in Form 10B along with the Return of income in ITR-7.
Form 10B need to be submitted a month prior to the due date for furnishing the Return of Income in the online mode only. The due date for filing ITR-7 for Financial Year 2020-21 is 31st October 2021, and hence, the form 10B should be filed on or before 30th September, 2021.
