Time line for filing Form FC-6A, 6B, 6C, 6D and 6E by a FCRA registered entity has been changed to 45 days from 15 days
As per the MHA notification dtd 1-Jul-2022, GSR 506(E), the FCR Rule 17A has been amended. Therefore, now time limit for reporting the changes for followings has been increased to 45 days from 15 days:
- Form FC-6A for reporting changes in name/ address,
- Form FC-6B for reporting changes in nature, aims & objects, and registration,
- Form FC-6C and FC-6D for reporting changes in FCRA Bank accounts,
- Form FC-6E for reporting changes in Key members.
